Adding the Commerce Shipping module means there are multiple fields that reference profiles, and the list of relationships based on these in the Views UI becomes ambiguous.

I'm using the machine name of the field, as Entityref module does the same.

Let's do this at the same time for the Product and Line item reference fields.

One more reason it'll be nice to depend on EntityRef in 2.x. : D
