Can't refresh strings and use this module

Issue Summary

Whenever I try to update strings and Select text group VIEWS, I get this error. Have latest views dev and latest i18n views module, any help how could I refesh strings?

I fixed this when I upgraded ctools from 1.0 to 1.2 version.
