Some corrections done to avoid Notices when the body is empty. Avoiding an array to string notice.

Corrected and tested a problem causing images to don't appear under IE7&IE8.
Corrections on the body output of the items. Added code readability modifications. Added attributes array on calls to theme_image functions.
