Installed UUID (6.x-1.0-rc1) as a Node Export (6.x-3.4) dedendency . After installation via makefiles the UUID tables are not created. Besides, the UUID module checkbox is not clickable in the modules list. I can enable it via 'drush en' command, but that's not what I want.
Any clue?

Drupal 6 core is no longer supported. We are no longer supporting 6.x-1.x versions of this module. I am closing this issue as won't fix.
