* Using Commons Event 6.x-2.10
* The pop-up calender interface appears to let us create a new event with year set to '2013' (or other years beyond '2012')
* Once the event is set, the year sets back to '2012'
* MANUALLY editing the year field WORKS, ie back-spacing over '2012' and typing '2013' sets the year properly
* The first day of the week is Monday... ;)
