First of all, thank you for this great theme!

I am using a subtheme of Mayo with superfish module.
When I place the Superfish block into menu bar region 2 Main menus become visible,
one dynamic (with dropdowns), and another without. The Drupal's native Main menu block is disabled.
When I disable items in Main menu they disappear in both places.

Any help or advise will be appreciated highly.

Here is the solution (many thanks to trista13 !)

Good morning!
I did resolve this issue. In the Mayo settings, there is a section called Toggle Displays. Within this menu, there is a selection called "Main menu." Deselect that option and that should fix it.
