In order to release omega_kickstart with RTL support,
I was trying to create the associated files for the different grid files, so then each CSS files can have their associated -rtl files.

For the CSS files for the grid system, Omega declare a basename value.
Locale module, in order to let theme override CSS files, use this value to be able to unset a CSS files previously declared.

That said, when the -rtl file is added, it share the same basename as the default one. So the original file is unset from the CSS list.
In order to avoir that, the basename settings needs to be changed.
