I first want to release a new 5.x version. So please review current head in 5 and test any bug-fixes in this issue-queue for 5.

At this point, tagadelic for Drupal5 is running on *many* sites. So clearly it works for those sites. I think it can be released now, and bugs fixed as needed.

I added a new release for 5.
I merged all changes from DRUPAL-5 into HEAD.
HEAD is now open for Drupal-6 patches.
