Add ability to set Title to be value of the URL directly

I would like to be able to click on a new radio button option under the Link TItle: options that would set the title of the link to be equal to the URL. This radio button would be entitled: "Title set to be value of the URL"
While I recognize that this same functionality can be accomplished by choosing Static title and entering the token if the token module is enabled, I believe it is such a common need that to have one quick radio button available would be helpful.

I've already made this enhancement in my 6.x site code and I'll be posting a patch shortly.
