Every time someone puts something into drafts and then comes back to it and publishes it at another date/time it shows in the blogs the time/date that it was put into drafts not the actual date that it was published. Is there a way to fix this.

I'm having a similar problem. I'm making a post, and then using the Actions and Workflow modules to publish it. I'd greatly appreciate advice from a more experienced member of the community. My questions are:
a) Are there any known workarounds?
b) Which module is it best to file this bug against? I notice that stories also have a posted date; is that the appropriate module?
c) Are there any more generic solutions we should be discussing? Should this somehow be configureable in the "Content types" section?
