Same Simpleads show on panel display but not on normal region block display (solved)

Hello,

The theme used is Omega (this is probably an important data).
I had simpleads installed and working ok for a week or so. Simpleads works fine for most of the ad groups that I built.
But I had two ad groups that were making strange things.
These ads were displayed in some pages inside panels region and in others in a normal theme region.
After a week the ads in the normal theme region dissapeared.
The block in normal theme region had visibility settings: display on all pages except some.
I changed this visibility settings to display only on certain pages and it started to work.
I guess there is a conflict that I dont recognise, but i think it could help the developer in fixing this conflict and anyone who arrived to the same problem.
