7.x-2.1 fix for bh_bootstrapmenupath dropdowns in menu_blocks does not work if toggle link contains title attribute

The regular expression in the bh_bootstrap implementation of template_preprocess_block() fails if the link with the data-toggle attribute also contains a title attribute.
