Remove coupon type verification in rule action

Hi Guys,

Thanks for develop this module. My apologize for my bad english.

I'm trying to use the rules action provide by this module for other coupon types (I'm also using the rules actions provide by http://drupal.org/project/commerce_couponprodref), but the action "Apply a percentage coupon to a product line item" check for the coupon type == "commerce_coupon_pct", I think this isn't neccesary if the coupon have the commerce_coupon_pct field. This change will allow to use the field and rules in other coupon types. What do you think? Thanks again!
