two problems with mail template on invite settings page!

hi guys,

if i get an invitation email the header will not include:

Your friend, [inviter] has invited you to join [site-name] [[site-url]].
To become a member of [site-name], click the link below or paste it into the address bar of your browser.
[join-link]
----------
[invite-message]

i only get the message from mailtemplate defined in mail templates in drupal

so my users don't get the above text and the join link

and what about multilang? why admin cannot set this first message in "mail templates"
