Enabling VBV sends the user back to cart/checkout post-purchase

Problem/Motivation

Enabling Verified By Visa (VBV) in the configuration page of this module results in the user being returned to cart/checkout after completing purchase, rather than being returned to the user's page (as happens when VBV is disabled).
