When you try to edit the path setting of the view, the overlay contains a prefix with an extra "?q=", i.e.
"http://localhost/d7/?q=en?q="
instead of
"http://localhost/d7/?q=en"
Note: I am not sure about the title but hope the attachments are self explanatory. There are two of them to show that the issue is valid for different locales.
