I'm searching for a simple "UI" (maybe a simple link/ select list) for the following action...

The logged in user should add/ remove a selected user (for example at users profile or a members list view,...) to own organic groups.

I think it should be possible with rules (links) & VBO, but haven't worked with those modules before. Maybe you could help me with it?
