Inline is a dependency for the Wysiwyg in core efforts.

1) Straight port to D8. (should be simple)

2) Turn macros + parsers into Plugins.

3) Modernize.

@avinoam: i think its super relevant. May be u could start testing branch 8.x-2.x-dev and report bugs, etc.

I tested the branch and found some bugs ,so I made a patch with fixes.
