[Meta] Configuration Management 2.x Roadmap

The following issues are missing to release a working version of configuration Management 2.x

• #1510098: Move UI to a seperate module. Currently only drush commands can be used to export/import configurations.
• #1479124: Add better dependency checking. At this moment nothing prevent to import a Configuration with broken dependencies, but all the information to avoid that is there. Only a few if are missing.
• #1733524: Provide tests for the API At this moment we only have a basic test to ensure that the export work. We need test for Export, Import, Start Tracking, Stop Tracking and Revert.
• #1787144: Revert feature is broken Revert feature is broken. It should work with the new iterator system.
• #1776772: [META] Define how to delete Configurations We still need to define this. At this moment a new file is created when configurations are exported (called tracking.inc) we should be able to use this file to remove configurations.
• #1787140: Implement a hash system to track differences between Configurations.
• #1788332: Display overriden configurations based on hash values.
