Leech and moderation

Issue Summary

Great module! This is what I need probably.
I only have one question...
How does the leech module interact with moderation modules?
I am using Drupal 5.2 and Leech 5.x-1.9 for my test site.
Moderation is not included in Drupal core with 5.2.
So one must use a contributed module like modr8 (or maybe workflow).
What I want to do is the following:
Allow users to submit rss feeds. Such feeds should be moderated by administrations (in moderation queue) and then
published after approval. When a feed is approved all the corresponding feed items should be approved too.
I have taken a look at modr8 moderation module and perhaps this is what I need.
Which moderation module works best with leech?
