With this module enabled, all users other than uid = 1 lose the ability to select the "Audience" when posting forum topics.

I've tried changing the access settings for the roles, but this makes no difference.

Disabling the module makes this problem go away.

Just to clarify, the "Audience" section still shows up, but it is empty...i.e. contains no checkboxes for groups or for public/private settings, even though the user is a member of the group.

That's not a problem. That's by design and will be mentioned in the README when it gets updated. There are discussions about it in one or more closed issues. With that said, the entire audience section is supposed to be hidden, so I'm not sure why you're seeing an empty one. Can you take a screen shot and post it?

Anyway, in regular site-wide forums, forum posts belong to only one forum. The same should be true of og_forum posts (i.e. no cross posting to more than one group). Also, it doesn't make sense to post to one group while you are physically inside of another. Besides, the forum selection drop down won't allow the selection of a forum outside the group either.
