This usability fix fills the comment subject as it would before posting during the preview so the user can see it before it happens.

Applied to HEAD. This is a good usability fix as it might encourage people to fill in a more meaningful subject if they see that the current one is crap (it's less effort to modify something that is already there, than try come up with a subject from scratch).
