Integration with revisions

Hey,

I would like to suggest to make this module aware of different revisions of the node. This can be accomplished by using
nudge/go/nid/uid or nudge/go/vid .

Currently nudging is done by using nudge/go/nid ... meaning that or all contributors to that node can be nudged, or only the creator of the node.

Seems like a good addition?
