Here's what we're looking for:
- Select a set of default stocks to track for anonymous users
- Allow authenticated users to set their own list
- Scroll selected data elements from the stock quote page across a wide block (e.g. in the Content area)
- Include a configurable link in the block to allow authenticated users to access the stock administration page
