To reproduce:
Login with super admin account
Create a new administration unit and Save
On the new unit click the Manage Menus link, you will get an access denied error

Note: Adding the user to the group membership as "administrator member" for group does not resolve the issue

I've changed the og_menu path to match the rest of the OG Manage links (group/node/[nid]/admin/menus). This should be fixed as soon as the latest dev rebuilds. Please reopen if this doesn't resolve the issue.
