Currently the code in _rpx_user_login_form_alter() themes the links as an item list, with straight HTML inside. Would be easier and better to them if we removed the item-list (is there a reason for this), then just have a set of renderable arrays so it can be changed.

Use case: I have a client that doesn't want the "Sign in with these accounts" text to show up on some pages, not all.
