Hi,

I am trying to use the OpenAid Marquee feature and I have installed all the necessary modules for the same.
When I try to add the marquee content it only has space to upload one image file instead of multiple files to have the image carousel effect.

Also when I try to save the configuration to see the added content in the home page, there is no image in it but just a dark space in the place where the image should have been.
Also it shows the below error message on top of that.

include(/srv/bindings/96dc8b10601d466a8755c7d36f9989bb/code/sites/all/modules/views_slideshow/contrib/views_slideshow_cycle/theme/views-slideshow-cycle-main-frame-row-item.tpl.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in theme_render_template() (line 1495 of /srv/bindings/96dc8b10601d466a8755c7d36f9989bb/code/includes/theme.inc).

Would be great if someone help me resolving this.

I get one very similar message when trying to run views slideshow!

Warning: include(/modules/views_slideshow/contrib/views_slideshow_cycle/theme/views-slideshow-cycle-main-frame-row-item.tpl.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in theme_render_template() (line 1495 of /includes/theme.inc).

I actually tried to install the OpenAid distro again and then the errors I mentioned were disappeared.
But even after the errors disappeared, it is not showing the slide show nor the Marquee content images that I added. It is just showing the a dark space with 'left' and 'right' arrows.

If someone have any suggestions please share with us.

In principal, it should be a permissions issue , you can try and fiddle with that in the users , roles and permissions controls.
It also appears you are not installing the open aid distro in whole? if not do you have chaos tools and libraries (modules) correctly installed?
If this issue is still persisting please inform me.
Thank you,

Hi Mareshal,

Thanks for following up this thread I have been looking for someone's reply for a long time.

1) Permission Issue: I am trying to do the changes in the Site administer's role with full permission and I am not able to see the marquee in any of the user roles that are possible to this site. I also tried changing the file write permission to chmod 777 for all the files recursively, just to make sure all files have write permission.

2) I didn't install the OpenAid distro along with the drupal core package but I installed OpenAid distro package alone after installing the drupal core separately.
Having done that I separately installed all the dependency modules for OpenAid Marquee such as you mentioned Chaos Tools, Libraries etc..

I still have this issue but for a temporary work around I changed the view to 'Grid' display and have one static image in place of where i need a slideshow.

You can view the site from the below link.
OpenAidCOTELCO
And if you would like to log in the site as a administrator to see what is going on behind just let me know I will have you in. And thank you very much for your help.

Thanks,
Raghu

ragram,

Can you try installing OpenAid as a release directly and see if that resolves your issue? The packaged release includes specific versions of modules, and your problems may be caused by using different versions we haven't tested.
