On the project homepage

All versions have been tested on Linux and Mac OS X, but users have reported no problems using the module on Windows. However, more helper apps are available for *nix platforms than for Windows.

This is confusing as the sentence doesn't say server or client. I suggest clarifying this with something like the following;

All versions have been tested on Linux and Mac OS X servers. Problems have been reported with sites running on Windows servers. More helper apps are available for *nix platforms than for Windows servers.

I know there is no code to be reviewed, but this is more developed than just 'active'.

Fixed - however I took the liberty of correcting your statment.

see:

I added the word No

All versions have been tested on Linux and Mac OS X servers. No Problems have been reported with sites running on Windows servers. More helper apps are available for *nix platforms than for Windows servers.

As the dev's original statement did not elude to people using Windows servers having problems, or reporting problems.
