Can't modify the options of any fields added (Title, Default value, etc.) or save a form when not administrator.
Look like a bug with JQUERY when saving change...

This sounds like it's probably a permissions issue if things work well while you're an administrator. If you disable form_builder_webform, can non-admins still edit and save form?

It has been a long time since this was posted. I'm not aware of any problem like that in the current version and the op never answered the question asked in #2.
