According to this: http://drupal.org/node/624018 we're supposed to have features support for 7.x. Unfortunately, I'm seeing no Wysiwyg Component or Strongarm variable available for export.

I've tried teh 7.x-2.1 and the 7.x-2.1-dev versions, on both a working site and a vanilla install with just features, strongarm, ctools, and wysiwyg.

Wysiwyg profiles can be exported on admin/structure/features/create by selecting the "Wysiwyg profiles: wysiwyg" option in the "Edit components" dropdown. If you don't see it and recently upgraded from 7.x-2.1 to 7.x-2.1-dev, try flushing your caches.
