Hi,

I have created so many roles (admin, general, business, social) in my system and user should have a role.

So my query is "general users can not login in system. Due to some reports, i need the general user in the system".

Please help me regard this how to prevent login for general users in the system.

actually in my project, so many roles are there like admin, general, business, social.

user can login which have any role in admin, business or social role. if user have general role, so that user can not login in the system.

So please help me regard this.

Let me clarify:

You're saying that 'general users' cannot login?

Do you mean they are already registered and cannot login? Or that they can't register?

NO,

general user can register and login also.

but as per system requirement they can not login in the system.

When you write 'system' do you mean 'admin'?

It is normal for general users not to be able to access the 'admin' functions, if that is what you mean. You use the permissions to allow them to access certain facilities.

If you don't mean that, what do you mean by 'system'?

oh if its complete website then do make use of ur access permissions .... disable access rights to ur 'general' role users!

I have already disabled all permission for general user in Access Control, But general user is able to Login. So I don't want that these user can login.

ur general user might be getting assigned as authenticated user ... check it out ....
if access rights are perfectly set ur user cannot browse the site further ....

nyway a user ll be known as admin or general or xyz only if he logs in rt?
i dnt get ur pt clrly ....
