Can't create gallery on gallery item node form

Two things:
1. This is only an option when select boxes are used for selecting galleries.
2. Code for doing this was broken even when select boxes were used.

Node Gallery module now depends on Options module so that select boxes are used by default for gallery selection. This enables create functionality out of the box. Code has also been fixed. Now works on a fresh install, out of the box.

Both changes committed. Fixes should be available in next dev release.
