Breadcrumb Toggle not displaying breadcrumb when path_breadcrumbs active - fix

If anyone is having issues with the standard Omega breadcrumb toggle not showing breadcrumbs and you are using path_breadcrumbs try disabling the module and then re-enabling it. It worked for me just now and it wasn't showing anywhere prior. I was going a bit crazy trying to get Delta Breadcrumbs to work and then remembered Delta Breadcrumbs and Path Breadcrumbs do not work together at all. But that shouldn't stop the system breadcrumbs from showing. I think it had something to do with Delta and Context because I disabled all system blocks. Or it is a bug that may show up again.
