Feed items don't inherit their feed parent's vocabulary terms unless the checkbox to Automatically add categories set by external feeds to the vocabulary above is checked.

A patch is attached which works for me, but hasn't been rigorously tested.

I have installed 5.2 version and on cron feed items don't inherit their feed parent's vocabulary terms :(
