Description
on my plain windows IE, i see not so nice fonts compared to my OSX. both are using Georgia, but i dunno why one looks better. anyway, perhaps someone can suggest improvements for windows.

Would be happy to make some changes... hopefully a bump (and the dev tarball) will get some more feedback coming in and suggestions/patches. My access to testing on IE is blissfully limited.

Moshe, I believe this is not an issue with font rendering in Internet Explorer as much as it is a font smoothing issue in Windows. Try this and see if it makes things look significantly better for you.
Right click on your Windows Desktop, and choose Properties. Select the Appearance tab, then the Effects button, then make sure "Use the following method to smooth edges of screen fonts:" is checked, and select ClearType from the drop-down.
Hit OK -> OK and re-open Internet Explorer. You should see a significant difference. I know I did, even in Parallels.
There are still minor differences, but they are pretty hard to spot after this change.
Thanks,
Pat
