How to fine-tune profile field access permissions?

I've set up some additional profile fields using builtin profile.module. For each field basically there are two levels of access: public and private. What I need is to set up something like this: field "A" is public, field "B" is private but can be seen by users with role "ROLE1", same with field "C" and role "ROLE2", etc. Field "Z" is really private and can be seen only by administrators.

Is there any ready module available for that purpose? I've searched drupal.org by keywords, but could hardly find anything close.
