When getting this notice:

Incompatible environment
The following error must be resolved before you can continue the installation process:
Your MySQL Server is too old. Drupal requires at least MySQL 4.1.0. (Currently using MySQL database 3.23.58)

There's nothing left to do, you can't click on anything or even reload the page. settings.php already got filled and the only way to move along seems to be deleting the file.

It might also be handy to put next to the mysql bullet what version number it should be?

There is no point in keeping this as an issue in Drupal 7 (there never was) and I guess this has been fixed in Drupal 6.

(Sorry for pinging the participants, I'm trying to clean up a few old
issues)
