I have installed both TinyMCE and IMCE. IMCE works if I put a link under the text-area but I do not get any browserbutton in my TinyMCE. I have tried to search for a solution here but I haven't found it.

I do have $closure in my theme.

This can be configured TinyMCE profile, there is a Button&Plugin section there, check the "Link" checkbox, you will get the browsebutton.
