Duplicated items from book such as Printer-friendly

I was so excited to find this module. Finally I can build a volume with independent content type.

So, I created a new content type. I made a node of it, and created a volume out of it. I hope I didn't do anything wrong here.

The problem is as shown in the attached pict, I get duplicated Printer-friendly and Add Child. The first set is for book and the second set is for this volume. The first Printer-friendly results in blank since it is calling for book. So does Add Child. In the beginning I mistakenly added child from the first Add Child link, and they all went to book instead of this volume.

Interestingly, if I engage Printer-friendly in this new content type, I even get the 3rd "Printer-friendly". I hope this is a bug that can be fixed, and is not something like my site is corrupted.
