I have Litejazz 0.15 and I can se that there is $closure at the end of page.tpl.php but IMCE still does not work. I get a IMCE browser button in TinyMCE. And the installations work because when I use another theme I get the button.

Cleaning up the issue queue... sorry I missed so many. I cannot duplicate this issue with the latest version (http://drupal.org/node/305936), so I'm marking it as fixed.
