Issue Summary
If you create an event with no End Date (so it goes on forever), then edit the event and give it an end date, nodes that are past the new end date are not deleted. This seems to also cause some screwy behavior if you go and change the end date again, like duplicate events and failure to delete events when the end date is pulled closer.
