Don't show "show/hide all" if no replies

When clicking on the show/hide all links they just switch and nothing happens. Probably something with procon.js
I tested it both in IE6 and FF and I get the same above behavior.

Yep, it should be fixed. They collapse/uncollapse comments (replies) to arguments. They should not be shown if there are no replies...
