I have two blocks assigned to header top and I can't get them to show up on the same line. Using d6 this was not a problem. Also I can't find skinr block settings. Not sure if I installed wrong or something else!

If you're not seeing the skinr settings, then you aren't able to set block widths and thus get the blocks on the same line. Not sure why you aren't seeing the skinr options though. Those are actually Fusion skinr options, not from Mix and Match. Are you using the correct version of Fusion? It only works with Skinr if you are using the 7.x-1.x version.

As noted on the project page, this theme has been switched over to use AdaptiveTheme. Your issue may be specific to the Fusion base theme, but I am not actively maintaining that version any longer. If you need assistance with the block positioning when using the newest version, please post this issue again and I'd be happy to help.
