I've tried to figure this out but can't for the life of me.... none of the CCK fields show up for my books whenever I'm in print-friendly mode. All stock content fields show up perfectly fine. I'm not using the 3rd party print module... I'm using Drupal 5's native print-friendly feature.

This is pretty critical for me -- please advise alternative solution if possible. Thank you. <3 CCK
