My client want to use SagePay with Ubercart. I've got the uc_sagepay module but can't see where to enter the SagePay customer details (as with PayPal it would be the email address) I've not integrated UC with Sage before so this is a bit new to me (can you tell?) I've tried placing an order and I get this message:

We were unable to process your credit card payment. Please verify your details and try again. If the problem persists, contact us to complete your order.

I have never personally used SagePay. It sounds like you don't have something configured with the payment settings. I installed the module and it looks pretty normal for a UC payment gateway setup. Try going to /admin/store/settings/payment/method/credit and making sure you have entered the proper credentials and have everything there configured properly. Also you should test that the credit card payment process will work correctly with the test gateway enabled and SagePay disabled.

Also as a side note, it is a good practice to not edit your original post when you need more information. I think I just edited a spelling mistake or something.

It turns out I needed the Vendor name (doh) so I don't have an error now, and I've set it to no minimum order, but when i go to buy something I get to the Review Order but when I get to Submit order just seems to refresh the page. My client says that they haven't filled out all the payment details on Sage so could that be why?

Yes it's in client's Sage

Yes it's in client's Sage account is in test phase but the client hasn't added their bank details yet, so I assume this is why it isn't working
