My guess is you're using Firefox? I think I only have the webkit rotation property specified.

Well, I fixed the arrows issue in -moz browsers. I'll need to put images in for older browsers, but that's something I'm leaving to after feature freeze if possible. It's all polish those details.

navbar 7.x-1.x is updated with the fix.
