Images disappearing from blocks

I added an image with text wrapped around it to the preface first, preface middle, and preface last blocks. My problem is that the images keep disappearing.

This is the html I added to the configuration:

Then added the text inside paragraph tags. I also changed the text format to full html.

What am I doing wrong?
