This patch silences an error of type E_NOTICE:

notice: Use of undefined constant GA_TRACKFILES - assumed 'GA_TRACKFILES' in /usr/home/www/bylandandsea.org/modules/google_analytics/googleanalytics.module on line 11.

It is consistent with the usage at http://php.net/define.
