Garland 7.15 - How to show rss content a sidebar?

Hi am using Garland 7.15 and would like to know how I can show RSS content in a block in the right side-bar? I have installed the aggregator module and the news titles etc are presently showing up in the main center block, but I want to show them in the side bar all the time without have to click a link or anything?

use the blocks made available by the aggregator.module in administer -> blocks
