Hi, upgraded my test site to current latest versions of ctools, views, panels... and now im getting this strange error when trying to edit/save panes in panels.

I found this issue but i think its unrelated, there are no views in my panes, no non utf-8 characters in content.

Its user's profile panel page, I have two variants. I added a logged in user context to one variant. It contains only one pane, with user image. When I remove logged in user context, this error is gone and i can edit and save all panes. When I add this context back, problem is here again....
